Yes. Quite a lot of good peruvian in Port Chester. And lucky for you, it's been discussed a lot recently. Here's a very recent discussion: http://www.chowhound.com/topics/369670

Notice about 3/4 down, a report by "swept" where (s)he had good ceviche at El Chavin. I've tried almost all the peruvian restaurants in port chester (there are lots). But I haven't tried ceviche at any... guess that needs to be my next testing excursion. Regardless, there's lots of good peruvian food in PC. Misti ala Brasa, El Chavin, Inca y Gaucho and Acuario are probably the most frequently recommended here. My favorite is misti, but most folks finds good things at each.

In Westchester there are a handful of towns with Peruvian restaurants with Portchester having around 15 topping the list, as well as New Rochelle, White Plains, Yonkers, Ossining, etc. If you do searches you will get tons of info. My favs are El Miski in WP, Acuario in PC, and Cholos in NR.
