Best place for beef tartar

Any good reccomendations for a good place to get classic beef tartar?

      Mistral in Studio City by far makes the best I've had since the Rangoon Racquet Club went out of business in Beverly Hills.

              I've had it at the Riviera at the Fireside restaurant in Westminster, off the 405 at Springdale. It's very good there, and the waiters (these old guys in tuxedoes) make it right in front of you at the table and serve it on Rye toast points.
