Swap Meet Eats in the OC

I am curious about the swap meets in the OC and what food they have to offer. I recently discovered what may be San Diego's only Oaxacan restaurant in a North SD county burb swap meet. It is becoming one of my favorite restaurants after two stellar meals there.

The only thing I ever get at the swap meet (Orange COunty Market Place I think is the official name) are the carnitas tacos. They've steadily gone up in price now, now they're close to $5 each but they're REALLY good after you've walked up and down those aisles. My husband likes the fire bites. for take home food a friend swears by the tri-tip at the butcher.
