Crusteceans type garlic crab

Since I'm going to be missing out on crab fests since I can't get to the bay area till the end of march , does the bay area chowhounds have recommendations for good (cheap) restaurants that specialize in garlic crab? Have read enough about Crusteceans restaurant not being at the top anymore.
