Pho in downtown Vancouver?

I am looking for Pho (or vietnamese in general) restaurant recommendations downtown. Specifically in the yaletown area or walkable from there at lunch.

There is no Vietnamese food in Yaletown, just a lot of Thai (good and bad) and JApanese. You will have go towards East Vancouver and towards Burnaby for Vietnamese, and it generally gets better the further east you go.
