Terrific Hand Pulled Noodles in Sunset Park
For those of you out there who love Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles, I found a noodle shop in Sunset Park. It's called Lan Zhou Hand Pull Noodle, and it's at the corner of 60th street and 8th ave. It's a tiny little hole in the wall place, with a blue awning. There are 15 items on the menu: noodles with beef, lamb, pork chops or roast duck. There's also one vegetarian option. And nothing is over $6! The noodles are delicious. Go try it!

Regina,
Thanks for the tip. What did you try there?

Thank you for the tip. There is also a very good noodle shop on 50th and 8th, across f5th from the Chinese-American Association. Excellent noodle soups with roasted meats. For take out the soup is about $4. They have a larger more expensive menu, but you can just order the soup from the takeout and sit inside. It is just a little one room place but very pleasant.

I tried the vegetarian option - comes with green vegetables and a fried egg. It was great...the guy behind me in line ordered the beef noodle soup and that looked very good as well.
