Jose Tejas tonight
I had the catfish tacos for a change. I usually have the cadillac fajitas but tonight wanted to try the catfish for the first time because i was feeling adventurous. Anyway they were amazing as usual!!!!!! Jose Tejas is definitely a great place to eat I love it. What are some of you favorite dishes there??

My husband and I love this place, we go there for dinner every Friday night, like you, I used to have the cadillac fajitas, cooked RARE, but I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed in January and had a long recovery from that, REALLY LONG.. .anyway, I couldn't open my mouth to eat fajitas, so I started getting the Tejas Chicken.... OH MY... have you tried this yet? It's the juciest little strips of spicy buffalo chicken. Now that's what I get every Friday, we also enjoy the Chili Con Queso, which usually is very spicy.
