One weekend - how many meals can I fit in?

Two Florida chowhounds looking for the best of...we'll be going to Spotted Pig one night, which leaves one more dinner and several lunches/snacks. We're pretty much staying in and around the downtown area and aren't looking for crazy expensive, big names, just solid food. Any thoughts on Hearth in the East Village?
