Happy Hour in burbank

I tried McCormick and Slops.......burger was cold (not just cool), Chicken drums inedible, drinks just ice. Anyone tried Lashers or Smokin Jacks for happy hour? Any other good ones to mention?

    1. I've never been...but I think French 75 has a happy hour. Caveat though - I've heard mixed reviews of the food there.

        1. "Happy hour" in Burbank is the time it takes you to get outta town.

Bistro Verdu went out of business a month or two ago, unfortunately.

The new place has opended in its spot...callled BASHAN but no happy hour as of yet.
The food has been amazing so far-I've been 3x...yum!

Oh, and Bistro Verdu didn't "go out of business" they gave up their lease to the new guys-very happily since they are going to be opening their new place a block up. The two owners are on very fine terms and the chef/owner of BV chose the dude from BASHAN to hand the lease to because he also respects his culinary vision...cool, eh? Keeping the neighborhood friendly...yeay!

                                  2. Burbank B&G... Gordon Biersch... go to Fantasia Billiards but bring food from Granville (I don't like Granville's bar, it's too much "HI I AM HERE IN THE RESTAURANT").

Buchanan's had a good happy hour but I haven't been in aeons.

                                      1. Just saw "CHADAKA THAI" in Burbank on a list of ten best happy hours in the L.A. area, anyone been there for Happy Hour?

I've been! Enjoyed it enough to plan a return visit. I believe there's $5 well drinks, and a deal on appetizers. 4-7.

Lasher's has closed, supposedly for renovations, to re-open in a couple of months.

                                                        2. We ended up at Gordon Biersch on Friday. Drafts were $3.50, wine and well drinks were $4.00.
The appetizers were all around $5.00 (until 7pm) and though decent, were rather tiny. Calamari was about 2-3 ounces, chicken on skewers served 2 per order, etc. Not bad, but by no means a "great deal". Service was atrocious.

                                                            1. Sebastians in Toluca Lake has a 3 to 7pm Happy Hour Tuesday through Friday, and Karaoke on Tuesdays starting at 7pm. In the bar area only, not the restaurant. Drinks, Drafts and House Wine all $3........all their appetizers are half price which means $3 to 6. Some of their apps are not listed on the happy hour menu so ask about the pizza margherita, fruti misti etc if your server doesn't mention it.
