I've never been...but I think French 75 has a happy hour. Caveat though - I've heard mixed reviews of the food there.

The new place has opended in its spot...callled BASHAN but no happy hour as of yet.
The food has been amazing so far-I've been 3x...yum!

Oh, and Bistro Verdu didn't "go out of business" they gave up their lease to the new guys-very happily since they are going to be opening their new place a block up. The two owners are on very fine terms and the chef/owner of BV chose the dude from BASHAN to hand the lease to because he also respects his culinary vision...cool, eh? Keeping the neighborhood friendly...yeay!

Burbank B&G... Gordon Biersch... go to Fantasia Billiards but bring food from Granville (I don't like Granville's bar, it's too much "HI I AM HERE IN THE RESTAURANT").
Buchanan's had a good happy hour but I haven't been in aeons.

We ended up at Gordon Biersch on Friday. Drafts were $3.50, wine and well drinks were $4.00.
The appetizers were all around $5.00 (until 7pm) and though decent, were rather tiny. Calamari was about 2-3 ounces, chicken on skewers served 2 per order, etc. Not bad, but by no means a "great deal". Service was atrocious.

Pomodoro at the entrance to the Burbank Mall has a 4 to 7pm happy hour M-F featuring $3 drafts (Moretti) and some decent food for $3-$4 including Shrimp, Bruschetta, Butternut Ravioli, Fruti Misti, Calamari and small pizzas.
Service is hit or miss miss MISS!

Pomodoro now has a Sunday football Happy Hour from noon to 4pm, and a Monday night football Happy Hour from 5 to 9pm. In the bar area only, not the restaurant. Drinks, Drafts and House Wine all $3........all their appetizers are half price which means $3 to 6. Some of their apps are not listed on the happy hour menu so ask about the pizza margherita, fruti misti etc if your server doesn't mention it.
