Dollar oyster happy hour in Manhattan or Brooklyn

I used to go to Five Points but i heard they are now $2 and it is now only one hour long rather than two. Any suggestions?

They have 1$ oysters at the bar 5-Cl Every night... Had the Witch Ducks which were delicious and their 4$ Sangria was good too.....

I passed by Ten Bells last week (unfortunately they were closed) & spoke to the owner as well as looked at the menu. Honestly, I haven't been this excited about a restaurant in a long time. I WILL be going there ASAP.

Desnuda has $1 oysters on Sunday & Monday, but be careful of the misleading menu. It's only the Blue Points. I think Mermaid Inn on 2nd Avenue has a similar $1 oyster deal.

i also saw PJ Clarkes downtown (WFC) had a happy oyster hour sign but it was a few months ago (and we were there too late, for burgers. anyways)

no more Five Points' $1-oyster happy hour? i used to go when i lived nearby relatively frequently. disappointing. $2 - not qute the same ring to it, is it?

If I remember correctly the oysters at McCormick and Schmick's when they have their special bar menu is $1 but I'm afraid my memory is failing me and it could be up to $2. The bar menu is available twice each weekday - an early evening one from about 4-6:30 and then later at 9:30-11 (and in both times there is a 2 drink minimum). The bar menu aside from oysters has other items at amazing prices - like a good $1.95 burger that is full sized, not a slider, but I digress.

I think Fish in the Village has a special, 6 blue points and a beer for $8 or something like that.
