Anybody know?
I've seen it in Dean & Deluca (Broadway) and Buon Italia (Chelsea Market) before. Ridiculously expensive in both places as I remember it.
You planning to have shavings of the stuff over spaghetti tossed in extra virgin olive oil?
It is comparatively reasonable at Di Palo - $22-$30 for a lobe, depending on the size - I think it's $85 a pound. I've found the same lobe at Dean & Deluca for $125.
