We were there a year ago, and I remember having the barramundi. It was awesome, even though it was the only fish on the menu that was farm-raised. The decor was cool too...it looks like the inside of a ship. Yeah, dinner took long, but at those prices I expect to hang around for a while.
A friend and I had dinner there a few weeks ago. We actually sat in the downstairs cafe. The oysters were some of the best I've had in LV. The crab cake had almost no filler. I also had the soup of the day, which was made with a fish stock and was chock full of veggies and flavor. She had a grilled fish (it might have been the barramundi, but could have been another catch of the day). It was unusual because the skin was still on it and it was crispy. She adored it!.
It was a wonderful meal and we both want to go back. The only minus was the slow service at times. (The martinis were awesome, too!) (Oh, and the biscuits were terrific -- although sourdough bread would have been nice, too.)
