Keio Line- West of Shinjuku

Any recommendations for good places that are relatively inexpensive on the Keio-Line? Any cuisine is great, but I would love something ethnic. Thanks!

Tokyo lacks enough good Mexican places to the dismay of North Americans, but there are a few places worth recommending. One of them is on the Keio Line at Shimo Takaido, just past Meidai-mae.
