Then it dawned on me..as God as my witness, I have never grilled! I have always relied on the kindness of strangers having lived in apartments and such. So, if you had to recommend a book, not looking for recipes..yet.., that explains how to grill, using charcoal, what would it be? I am looking to grill meats, fish, and veggies. Thanks! I use this along with a few Steven Raichlin books like BBQ Bible and his Rubs and sauces book. You'll be grilling/'cueing great stuff in no time..
