Lansing, Kansas and area recommendations, please

Hello - thanks for any advice! We are visiting stepdaughter & family (teens) in Lansing for 4 days - any advice on what to do where to take the family for dinner? anyone been to casino ? how far? appreciate your advice !

There is a place in Lansing called The Overlook that sounds like it might be good.

The good news is that Lansing is only 20-30 mins from downtown kc (depending on how fast you drive/how hungry you are). Most casinos are within5-10 mins of downtown as well.
