Caterer for Southern Marin event

We're planning a party in June for about 30 people and need a caterer. We're thinking about heavy hors d'ourves instead of a sit down dinner. We're flexible as to the type of cuisine although we like "fusion" dishes. The group will be pretty sophisticated. It would be great if the caterer could supply plates, glasses and utensils and also provide helpers but this isn't absolutely essential. Can anyone recommend a great caterer?
