Beanstalk restaurants changes?

Has the Mermaid Inn broken off from the other Beanstalk restaurants (Red Cat, Harrison)? If so, anyone know what happened, and if this means anything will change re: food, menu, quality, etc?

the partners split a few months back and the Mermaid Inn was broken off. Not sure what has changed.
