My kids and I are doing a road trip this weekend...actually leaving from outside Washington DC on Saturday night and arriving at Boston College around 7 am Sunday. Wanted to do seafood and remembered the No Name from a trip to Boston about 25 years ago. Is it worth it to go that far into Boston? We will probably be downtown for a few hours. Any suggestions for seafood particularly fried clams, chowder, lobster or crab roll. We will need to get back to BC before game time at 3.

Thanks.

I used to work with a woman whose husband was a fish buyer for several Boston restaurants. He would not eat at the No Name, said their prices were low because they bought poor quality fish.

This board has frequent raves about Neptune Oyster in the North End. I also like McCormick & Schmick and Skipjack's, both in Back Bay.
