Looking for Tripe in Merrimack valley area

    Check out one of the many Southeast Asian markets in Lowell.

      in Haverhill i see it often, but not always, in Marketbaskets. they almost always have it at the Super Stop and Shop at the Loop in Methuen as there is a pretty big latino population nearby that will use it to make Menudo on sundays.

        . Ralphie's Cafe Italiano at 386 S Broadway, Salem, N H ( a little strip mall near Dunkin Donuts) has it on the menu. The tripe is fine but the broth is too salty for my taste,

          Market Bastket in Treble Cove Plaza, North Billerica, had it last week.
