I agree with Jaspers..If you are just interested in steak, then Bob's..In that case, I would go south for a bit on the Dallas North Tollway and eat at Three Forks instead

Check out Steve Fields in Central Plano (Park and Preston). They have good food and a good wine list, with a lively and entertaining bar.

Nicola's is also okay but, I would go to Jaspers or Mignon before it.

Jasper's at Legacy/Tollway. You can also find all 3 of your criteria at Bob's Steak & Chophouse in the same shopping center. It is a chophouse so it's more of a guy's place so depending where eye candy ranks on the depth chart, Jasper's might be the better call.
