Truck-stops between MTL and TO

I'm often driving between Montreal and Toronto these days--any suggestions as to where to stop that isn't far from the 401? I'd love to hear of a good truck stop that makes real burgers, or a diner with a decent soup-of-the-day, or fresh, steaming fries in a greasy paper bag.

There is THE BEST FISH & CHIPS resto just east of Belleville on the north side of 401. Take the exit for the Flying J and continue past the gas bar about 250m - you'll find the place on your right.
