I live a far piece from NOLA (Sonoma County CA). I have some family that used to live in NOLA but are now dispersed everywhere across the US. My friends in Frankfurt are gearing up for their Carnival celebration.

Anyone one with Carnival recipes (from anywhere in the world) they would like to share?

I need some inspiration!
