Ever seen the Bimbo carts in Mexico that cook up beautiful Bacon wrapped dogs and HAWAIIAN Burgers?!

I see the dogs here but has anyone seen the burger?

THX!

In Mexico it had a slice of pineapple, cheese, bacon, avocado, jalapeno, onion & teriyaki sauce. At least that's what I remember, they definitely customize.

Something about having grilled right there on a cart really makes me happy too.

i bet any taco truck that has hamburgers would make that for you (but you might have to bring a can of pineapple and some teriyaki sauce with you). they definitely have cheese, bacon, avocado, jalepeno, onion.

try islands - they have a hawaiian burger and you can add the other stuff.

or maybe go to a japanese foodstand/cart.

      Try the Aloha Food Factory.

Even if you don't see it on the menu, they'll do most things to order. I've had many weirdo combo of burritos in the past ...

Yes, and jalapenos, onions, cheese... But the main thing is that they cook it on a grill on a cart on the street and they do it with love. Is this POSSIBle in LA?
