My first thought was Jayakarta, but stumbling upon a mention of a restaurant that may or may not exist, my curiosity was snagged and I decided that we have to eat there, come hell or high water! Oh, and the dinner's tonight, so the hunt is on. So here's the challenge: has anyone heard anything conclusive about the mamak-style restaurant Dilapan Rasa, seen it in person, or god willing, eaten there? There's also Bamboo Village on Geary around Cook and Stanyan(?). I went there a long time ago (5-7 years?) with an Indonesian American friend. He gave it an enthusiastic rating.
