A weekend in Leeds...Where to go for a pint?

Being from Plzen in the Czech Republic, I consume more than my fair share of lagers. But during a weekend in Leeds, England, where should one go for a delicious ale, stout, or porter?

The Leeds CAMRA is a good suggestion. Most branches of CAMRA also put out a local pub guide that is sometimes sold in pubs or local book shops. I'm not sure if you will find a copy in the Czech Republic, but when you arrive head to a book shop (even in the airport) and you should find a copy of the latest CAMRA Good Beer Guide (annual), which is a great resource for the traveling beer lover. If you are on a budget, you can at least note the names of some recommended pubs and beers around Leeds...

      hey there.
might want to get in touch with the local branch of the campaign for real ale.
      cheers,
