Stumbled across this looking for something else. One of the articles is on Chinese food in Korea (including, briefly, Chinese-American mall court food!).

  1. Overall a good article, although I still don't think he has the absolute conclusion of whether "jjajangmyeon" (korean word) or "ZhaJiangMia" (Chinese pinyin word) is Korean or Chinese. (It's Chinese. :)
