Anchor Bar also sells the sauce in select stores in the NJ/NY area, perhaps in many more states. I've bought them at Bottle King, Wegman's & Chef Central. The best wing sauce, in my humble opinion. I'm actually doing wings tonight for dinner with, you guessed it, Anchor Bar Sauce.

The Anchor Bar now sells its products in grocery stores. I found them in the freezer section at Walmart. I have not tasted them and I am certain that it is just not the same, but thought you may be interested.

The Buffalo Style Chicken Wing was invented by Teressa Bellissimo in Buffalo, NY at a place called The Anchor Bar.

not from the actual buffalo. although when I was a kid I did think they came from the actual buffalo, I kid you not. I was a regular jessica simpson except for the age difference :/

That's correct. One little tavern there started them a number of years ago.
