Lidia's Pork Rib Guazzetto

Does anyone have access to Lidia's Family Table book? I was all set to start making this Guazzetto for dinner tonight, but after thoroughly reading the recipe on her website, it seems like it cuts off in the middle...nothing like what I remember from the episode. There is no braising or shredding or mention of pasta in the written recipe. Can anyone give me a rundown?

      Basically, after the last paragraph, add the other seasonings and the mushroom soaking water you haven't added yet in the ingredient list. Add broth to cover. Braise with the lid slightly on for 2.5 hours or longer adding liquid as necessary. When done, spoon fat from surface and take out whole seasonings. Take out the ribs, cool, then shred the meat.

        Can someone provide the entire recipe? I've made this before and now can't find the recipe...and it's no longer on Lidia's site!!! And the book I have has the rabbit and pheasant versions of her guazzetto. Thank you!!!!
