Elsewhere in that same mailing from Oliveto, it says that the salumi business will be launched "in the first half of 2006."

"The same beautiful cured meats we've offered on the Oliveto menu for years will now be produced in [Paul Bertolli's] new facility in Berkeley with pork from farmers we've known since they formed their cooperative [Niman Ranch Pork Company]."

The mailing doesn't mention if they'll have their own retail outlet, or which local stores will carry these products.
