Although I found out it is from Beziers in Languedoc. I have talked to someone at the restaurant who didn't know much but could read that on the bottle. The bottle I saw didn't have a paper label, but rather printed on the glass the name Consensus....100% Pinot Noir. I will get to the bottom of this. It was wonderful wine.
