Need an entree to order at Picholine

Thinking of eating at the bar at Picholine, and starting the meal with the sea urchin panna cotta. For a main course, what would be a must-try item? I just read a blogger who passionately panned the chicken Kiev, which was going to be my selection and which Frank Bruni raved about. Would appreciate some suggestions, thanks.
