Bridal Shower & Pancakes.. Where?

I'm planning a bridal shower and hoping that a restaurant in the Orange County area with excellent pancakes might be able to host a party of 18-20 ladies... Have any ideas? The bride loves her some hotcakes and I thought it might be fun to do a casual brunch. Originally I was thinking The Griddle Cafe in LA, but it's a little far and their back room can only fit up to 17ppl (almost perfect!). Can you offer suggestions? Thank you!

How about the ORiginal Pancake House? Not really fancy, but good cakes, I hear.

(They cook them in peanut oil, which would kill me, but I hear they're good!)
