reception for 75+ in PDX

I'm looking for a spot within walking distance of the Portland Hilton that can host a cocktail hour reception for about 150 elected people from around the country. Hoping to keep it to about $50/person including booze. So far I've come up with Red Star, Pazzo and Daily Grill. Any reviews? Any other suggestions?

    Think about Jake's Grill in the Governor's House on about 10th and Washington, or something like that. They have at least one large room that could accommodate that sort of thing.

      Don't rule out the Ecotrust Building's Terrace at NW10th and Johnson (has it's own Streetcar stop). This is the Pearl District (the Daily Grill is close by).
