one night in oklahoma city

i am not even certain this is the "southwest" perse, but i hope i am looking in the right direction.
looking for a real taste of local cuisine and all the encompases "local flavor" in oklahoma city when i stop during my drive from new york to my new home in southern colorado.
have done more high-end dining than one person could ever wish, so am not seeking ok city's example of haute cuisine.
thanks!

Especially If you are there for breakfast, I truly believe the Classen Grill is the best classic OKC stop. Cheevers, also, is real OKC, and there is a recent review of it on one of these boards - Oklahoma is being shuffled around, so hopefully you can find it if you search. Here is its page on the Stern's Roadfood
