Best dumplings in L.A. (not XLB)

Okay, while we are on the topic of XLB and wontons, would like to hear everyone's view on what are the best dumplings (boiled and potstickers).

Here are my picks:

Dumpling House (Rosemead)--boiled fish/snapper dumplings w/ chives are wonderful but potstickers are fried and don't look so good

Dumpling 10053 (El Monte)--boiled fish dumplings also wonderful

Mandarin Deli (Northridge)--good potstickers

Q Noodle House (Rowland Heights)--good but not the best potstickers and comes with a good sauce

  1. agreed on both rec's for dumpling house and dumpling 10053. however, i found the potstickers at dumpling 10053 to be quite good.

try out Noodle King's potstickers on Valley (in the Wendy's plaza) and their beef noodle soup. they are big like Mandarin Noodle Deli in Temple City.

mmm, good niu ro mien and guo tie under one roof? i'm so there!

    2. I like the fish and steamed pork dumplings in Dumpling House in Rosemead. The potstickers are good at Mandarin Deli in Temple City and Mei Long Village in San Gabriel. But realistically, there are a lot of good places. We're just spoiled rotten in the L. A. area with the overall quality of Chinese food avaliable.

      1. I like the pumpkin dumplings at 101 Noodle Express (1408 E. Valley Blvd., Alhambra, (626) 300-8654).

        1. There's a place that opened up on Baldwin in Arcadia (near Hop Li) also called Dumpling House and they had an interesting selection-though I can't remember what I ate there but it was very decent!

          1. To the places already listed, I would add Luscious Dumplings to the mix.
