Craft - What to order?

I am taking my wife to Craft tonight for Valentine's Day. Does anybody have a strong recommendation or something that we absolutely must try? Also, what is the best way to order for two people @ Craft? (appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 sides?)

I also like the hen-of-the-woods as well as the Jerusalem artichokes, and all the fish is very fresh and simply prepared.

Love the short ribs, not such a fan of the Hen of the Woods. Someone mentioned Berkshire pork, but if Craft has it on the menu, I'd definitely give it a try. I'm still salivating about the last Berkshire pork chop I tried...

I second the short ribs reco, plus, either the foie gras terrine or the roasted foie gras, and the hen-of-the-woods mushrooms. The Berkshire pork is also super.

The short ribs are delicious and the side of gnocchi is heavenly. and appetizer with 2 entrees and 2 sides sounds good to me! (and, hey, if worse comes to worse, you can take it home and have amazing leftovers for lunch the next day). Craft is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I'm sure you will have a great time!
