Dinner suggestins for Greensboro, NC near War Memorial Auditorium?

Andiereid Feb 14, 2007 06:20 AM

We're going to a concert there in April and are looking for dinner suggestions - something medium to upscale. I did do a search for Greensboro, but since a.) The sort by date feature still isn't working and b.) I am not familiar with where the Auditorium is, I'm posting. Any suggestions for near there?

Thanks!

I would probably choose Saigon a vietnamese restaurant about 5 to 10 minutes south of War memorial.

Strong second for Saigon. Try the quail and the whole fried flounder in chili sauce.

the quail is fantiastic, I would also recommend the fresh spring rolls and the bun thit nuong. THey have added some pan asian type entrees in the last few months that have been pretty good as well. Don't get the Pho though.

          try marisol-upscale
          berts seafood grille-mid range
          asahi sushi bar
          san luis taqueria
          1618west seafood grill

Bianca's is a locally owned italian restaurant that is wonderful. Its at the corner of Spring Garden Street and Chapman Street, within walking distance of War Memorial Auditorium.
