Ideas for a lovely fresh organic goat leg?

I was at the Ferry Market in SF this Saturday and picked a lovely organic leg from a young kid. My inital instinct was to stew it but then I wondered if at $40/leg it might be suitable for grilling. Thoughts?

  1. I'd prepare it as I would a leg of lamb - either grilled or roasted. As a fan of Jamaican curry goat, you might want to do some sort of Jamaican dry rub.

    Moroccan spicing is also calling out to me (maybe because I have a turkey thigh meat and prune tagine cooking away at the moment).
