Thinking about maybe doing chocolate souffles tomorrow night for v-day...any good recipes suggestions? My ramekins are bored sitting in the cupboard.
I made this recipe last week and it turned out wonderful. Very easy and the leftovers can be kept in the fridge. They're great cold or warm. Very rich and chocolatey.
I have not tried it, but we are planning to make this chocolate-amaretto one from Epicurious tomorrow.
think i'll do that one too - i'll probably use grand mariner or frangelico instead of amaretto. thanks!
