Anyhow, now's the time to use them - what shall I put in them? Do you think angel food cake batter would release? What about gougere batter? I am not much of a baker, but I think that angel food needs a particular sort of surface so that it can creep up and cling. Those silicon molds probably aren't good for creepy clinging. Cupcake type little cakes would work. Don't try to put that thing on an oven rack. Put it on a baking sheet before filling and bake on that.
