private bar space for 60-70 young professionals

Hi, I am looking for a place in Manhattan that will rent out private bar area for 60-70 young professionals on a Monday or Tuesday evening. Just looking for a place that will serve drinks & appetizers not dinner. Thanks for any advice.

I know Tonic does private parties on their third floor that can easily accommodate 60-70 people. lehman brothers and morgan stanley do a lot of their private parties there. it's located on 7th Ave between 48-49th st

Depending on where you are coming from and how far you want to travel.

      UWS - Citrus
      Murray Hill - DIP
      Flatiron - Flatiron Lounge

Can't beat the Brandy Library in TriBeCa. They'll give you the whole downstairs for parties of more than 30 or so. http://www.brandylibrary.com/

The Park Bar at 15 East 15th Street is a great place that will do a buyout.

Cibo has a separate bar room that can be used for private functions, but I have no clue as to whether it can accommodate 60-70 people.

Choice Kitchen & Cocktails is another possibility.

check the new wine bar on the UES side called pudding stones. i think there 2nd floor area will be able to accomodate your group and their food (french) is good.

Grotto Azurra (broome/mulberry)also has a basement wine cellar with a bar that can fit your group. It's rented out a lot by different groups of young professionals for fundraisers , wine tastings etc. This would be a cheaper option between the two.
