      <content>It wouldn't surprise me if it varied by region.  I'm 99 percent sure that in Arizona (birthplace of PF Chang's) that they use China Mist iced tea, just because that's what absolutely EVERYBODY uses.  Since Chang's is still Arizona based, it is certainly possible that they use China Mist nationwide.  The next time you go there, ask the server and they'll certainly tell you.</content>

      <content>It in fact does not vary by region, Revolution Oolong Tea as here in Flordia P.F. Changs also uses Revolution Tea.</content>

      <content>Well, I am not sure if it is regional or not, but here in the Central Valley in California, it is Revolution Tea: http://www.revolutiontea.com/  I really liked it as well and asked the server what kind of tea it was.

I bought some of the peach ginger (decaf) and it is very good.  The tea isn't cheap, but I really like it.  It works equally well hot or iced.  The tea is packaged in silken pouches and is about $8-10 for 15 bags at Cost Plus Market, iirc.</content>
