[DFW] -- Chinese New Year dinners?

Is anyone aware of special dinners to celebrate Chinese New Year? We saw a poster at Maxim's this morning for their events, but I am wondering if there are any that others would recommend.

Arc en ceil. The do a very nice new years with lion dancers etc.
