Decent Chinese Food in Bellingham?

I know I'm just a stone's throw from Vancouver, but there are nights when I'd just like to grab some takeout on my way home from work. Has anyone had anything that wasn't totally greasy bland ick? I would love a recommendation!

I haven't had chinese food, but I did stop into Pad Thai--Chinese-Japanese-and Thai food all in one place. We started with some sashimi, which was shockingly good. the rolls were not as good, though passable and the spicy noodles were decent..

But my point was. Great sushi, hidden in a strip mall?? Can anyone explain? was it a chance encounter? next time I go it won't be so good?
