Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try it. By the way, I tried Yet another pizza place called "Pizza Pan" It's a chain, their pizzas are "pan style" (no kidding, huh), but they were actually pretty good! It says on their menu thay thin crust is available by request. That's worth another try for me. - wish me luck!
