Best Chinese in Manhattan with private rooms?

Looking for a fabulous Chinese restaurant (Sichuan or Shanghainese) with private rooms. Any suggestions?

Hmmm...I'd be happy with Cantonese too. They'll be about 25 people. KTV is not necessary. Would you choose Congee Village over Congee Bowery?

I usually go to Congee Village, because it's closer to my apartment, but Congee Bowery is beautiful and has more large tables per square foot and less patronage.

Yeah Shanghai has a private room. I'm a longtime regular and think the food is good for New York, though quite mediocre compared to the general standard of Shanghainese food in Shanghai.

How many people? I can't really think of Sichuan or Shanghai places, except maybe Evergreen Shanghai on 38th, which has an extra little room downstairs (or is it upstairs?). For Cantonese, Congee Village has a couple of cute, smaller private rooms.
