communal tables?

The only restaurant I can think of for communal dining is Angelica Kitchen. Can anyone think of some other places that I go when I want to go out to dinner alone, but don't want to eat alone? (aside from sitting at the bar).

Supper on 2nd between Aves A & B is great.
I know Frank (1st Ave btwn 5 &6) has a communal table, but they might only use is for larger parties.
