Visiting Los Angeles from Phila/NY

I will be visiting Los Angeles and San Diego in April. I am looking for suggestions for dinner: love Italian but will go for any cuisine or price just looking for good food. I am from Philadelphia and frequent restaurants in New York also. I am looking forward to what the West coast has to offer. Also looking for Sunday brunch suggestions for LA

      Staying in Beverly Hills, also looking for good breakfast and deli places.
