5 courses at Moto tonight?

My husband and I have reservations tonight for Moto. We were thinking of doing the five course menu plus wine pairings. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice. Will this be enough food? Or should I be sure and prepare my husband a before dinner (or after dinner) snack...

  1. Did the 5 course at Moto a few months ago with two friends. Only one of us was able to finish everything. I think they make up for the fewer courses by making the portions very generous. The beef course was 5 slices about 1.5 oz. each I think to give you a general idea. As a disclaimer, the two that didn't finish were both petite-ish girls.

Have fun! We really enjoyed it.

    1. i, personally, would chove the 10 course meal. Not that the 5 wpouldnt necisarily be enough (Reasturants gage the amount of food on the plate depending on the number of courses you have.) I feel that if you are going for the experience you should get the most you can out of it. It will only make it more enjoyable. Have FUN!

2nd that. Afterwards we wished we had enough time to do the 10.

I know this is an old thread, but I was looking for something else and thought I'd throw something in here for future reference. I kind of wish Moto would take off the 5 course and only put on the 10 or GTM- the GTM is the way to go if you want to truly experience what Cantu can do (which is incredible), the 10 is very very solid though.
