Hou. Sandong Noodle New Owners or What?

What is with the serious drop in quality at Sandong Noodle since they moved to the new location? New owners or penny pinching? Their beef noodle soup used to be hard to beat, and now its just ugh.

Hmmm...I Still like the noodle soup? Maybe it isn't as good (the beef isn't as tender), the dumplings are a little different and the service is aweful. Maybe it isn't worth visiting anymore?
Ive been refused by the cashier when asking for quarters from dollar bill. They didn't have the heater on during one visit when it was 34 degrees out.
What are some good chinese noodle soup and dumpling places?
